Since 1997, Signature Auctions has provided authentic
sports and entertainment memorabilia as well as artwork
for hundreds of fund raising events in the New York, New Jersey
and Connecticut area.
If you are within a 75-mile radius of the New York metropolitan
area, we offer two types of silent auction solutions (For

1. On-Location Silent Auctions Program
– After consulting with you about the fine points of your
event and learning the tastes of your guests, we will customize
a selection of unique items from all the major sports as well as
entertainment and artwork. From inexpensive to high-end items, from
as few as 25 items to as many as 100, we will assemble the perfect
mix to dazzle your audience. We will arrive at your event hours
before it begins to create an attractive display of the silent auction
merchandise. We then supervise the auction and answer any questions
that your guests may have. When the auction ends, we announce the
winners and collect the auction payments and if you prefer, we can
even process the auction payments. In the case where we process
the payments, we will cut your organization a check within 48 hours
of the conclusion of the event with a full breakdown of the evening’s
sales. In either case, there is NO CHARGE
for the On-Site Program and NO RISK to your
organization, as we take back all unsold items. Your organization
is GUARANTEED TO MAKE MONEY on every item
that sells and YOUR REVENUE ESCALATES as
the bidding increases. Your event and your bottom line will be greatly
enhanced and your audience will be able to take their purchases
home with them that evening. Additionally, if you have donated items
that you would like incorporated into the auction, we would be happy
to discuss several options as well.

2. Off–Location Silent Auctions Program
– This option is usually preferred by charities that have
existing auctions in place but need to supplement their donated
items with premier sports and entertainment merchandise. For these
groups, we can provide a spectacular mix of sports and entertainment
items (from inexpensive to high-end, from as few as 10 items to
as many as 100) to create a buzz with their guests. After finding
out the specifics about your event and the demographics of your
audience, we will carefully assemble the perfect mix of items that
will have heads turning. These items are on consignment at NO
RISK to your charity. Your organization is GUARANTEED
TO MAKE MONEY on every item that sells and YOUR
REVENUE ESCALATES as the bidding increases. We will provide
you in advance a list of the items with detailed descriptions and
minimum bids. You will receive these items at 20% BELOW the minimum
bids. This way you automatically make at least 20% on EVERY item
you sell AND you also receive ALL OF THE UPSIDE
REVENUE ABOVE THE MINIMUM BID. And with the great items that
we select, the sky is the limit on bid-ups. Signature Auctions will
also take back all unsold items. After the auction, you would simply
pay for the items that sell as well as for the shipping and return
any items that do not sell. It’s that simple.
Whether we attend the event or not, rest assured that the solution
will be tailored specifically for your event
